We’re Jimmy, Margoux, and Simone—not Newcastle locals by birth, but it sure feels like home to us. Together, we’re on a mission to revolutionize the wellness game in Australia.

Pleasure to meet you! Concrete was founded by a passionate team who believe sauna, ice, and steam are the next big steps in health and wellness. Paired with the benefits of exercise, we’ve created a unique experience where fitness seamlessly blends with holistic well-being.

With the countless scientifically proven health benefits of regular sauna, ice, and steam therapy, we couldn’t ignore how inaccessible these services have been for most Australians. So, we decided to change that.
