The goal of our program is to create an inclusive group based training system that any individual will benefit from. Based strongly on the principles of strength and conditioning our programming is designed to build strong, fit humans that move and feel good.
Never focusing on only one aspect of fitness we combine the most effective aspects of strength training, power development, metabolic conditioning and endurance.
The program is designed around 12 week blocks, split into two phases to ensure week to week sustainable progress.
Our strength sessions are designed to improve all aspects of strength, power and muscular endurance. Based primarily around the barbell we focus on the basics while adding in accessory movements to build up your strength in all area’s.
The conditioning sessions are designed to push you as much as you want to be pushed. During the week the focus is on individual and paired efforts to build up your work capacity then on Saturday it’s all about teamwork to really put your mental and physical toughness to the test.
